Shipping & Returns
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. A notification message is sent when the package is shipped. Should the package have been in high heat during transit or upon delivery, allow package to get back to room temperature before opening and handling products.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only offer refunds for products which have caused adverse reactions. Should a request be made for a product exchange, the original purchased product must be returned in its original packaging (not including shipping). A partial refund or exchange can be arranged for opened products.

Receiving your refund
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase minus shipping fees.
